The Crown Pub is now hosting Live Acoustic Music Nights every 1^st and 3rd Monday evening of the month, between 7.30pm and 11pm.  (The Crown , the Square, Elford, B79 9DB).  Hosted by Barry Hunt with over 30 years experience as a performer and over 10 years as a teacher qualified to masters degree level, Barry also specializes in songwriting, recording techniques and all aspects of performance.  If you would like to play at the Crown consider the following, always book a slot to ensure you get to perform; please note the PA system is only designed to be used with acoustic instruments; it is a small venue limited to soloists, duos and very compact trios; if you are a singer only, find someone to back you (Barry will help if you let him know the songs in advance) but no backing tracks; performers of all levels are welcome to play, so why not give it a go, you might enjoy it!!
